Balthazar is a well known food store in NYC. Many people don’t know that they bake all their breads and cakes in Englewood NJ, where they also have an outlet. I can easily say that Balthazar bakes the best bread in a 15 mile radius around NYC.

I accidentally found this bakery after a blood test in Englewood. I was so surprised that there was a waiting line in the early morning. They bake all the breads and pastries at the factory in the back and bring them out to the counter for sale, which makes them fresh and more tempting. Unfortunately, they don't allow taking pictures at the store, can't show how beautifully amazing they are with plenty of regular and special choices. The way they work is also logically efficient in busy hours (Especially in the morning) - 1 staff for 1 customer each time. They have coffee as well but I didn't order so no comment. This becomes one of my go-to pastry stores. Surely will be back to check out other stuff.

These are some impeccably delectable pastry’s, you honestly can’t go wrong from the cardamom buns to the tarts to the croissants, everything is delicious albeit very sweet

Baltazar Bakery is my go to place. I love how they make their pastries every day fresh and keep area very clean. Each time when I shop there I see how workers treat customers very positively. Highly recommended!
